This new office will help AGM assist French clients interested in the Spanish market and vice versa. The office will be directed by Mr. Jean-Marc Sánchez, exercising lawyer of dual nationality registered at both Paris and Madrid Bar Associations. The office will offer mainly services related to Corporate & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisition, and Insolvency & Restructuring.
