Founded in November, 2007, “Avvostudi” is a new group of law firms five medium-sized law firms based on Monza and Brianza’s district, Italia.

Lawrope member firm Camparada & Torti and associates is one of the 4 founding members of this group which counts at the moment 9 member firms.

Monza is the capital of the new province of Monza-Brianza, one of the richest industrial and trade district in Italy and in Europe, located North of Milano bordered north by lakes Lecco and Como. The new province counts around 61.000 companies for a total average of 280.000 employees. In particular, there are 3 mains districts: Lecco’s area, specialized in mechanics, East Milan in electronic and Brianza referred to as the home furniture district, where a great deal of international trade exchanges takes place.

The main purposes of Avvostudi are:

to offer a wide range legal assistance to local and international clients (individual and public/private companies), with particular respect to the areas of business, distribution, international contracts, real estate, trade, corporate law, family law, litigation services, national and international arbitration insurance and criminal law;

1. to contribute to the professional growth of the legal profession organizing congresses, adjournment courses, meetings and professional trainings;
   
   
2. to exchange information and professional job experience among all the Monza and Brianza districts law firms;
   
   
3. to participate to the improvement of the jurisdiction and of the efficiency of the legal system, respecting all national, international and EC laws;
   
   
4. to provide national and international clients (the north area of Brianza is located close to Switzerland) with a prompt response, well integrated and specialized legal services using the most efficient means, guided by a high level of office organization and ethic and professional conduct;
   
   
5. to provide national and international clients with the highest quality personal service, courtesy and a high degree of professionalism;
   
   
6. to answer any kind of necessity for legal service directly in Monza and Brianza district, trying to avoid a reference to the big law firms services of Milano city.

Avvostudi has already organized aconference on June 24th, 2008, related to the next approach of the telematic legal proceedings; “polisweb”, an already operating legal system, offering a direct connection to the information (and Chancery services) offered by the Courts.

A new congress is planed to be held on November, 25th, 2008 with the participation of the main  industrial and trade associations, clients and public companies.
