Paris, July 2 2007 - During a ceremony taking place last June 27, 2007, Mr. Olivier Deschamps of the firm D,M&D received the ‘‘Silver Ribbon'', symbol of his contribution and efficiency to help promote Franchise within France and around the world.
‘‘Franchise Ribbons'' were created in 1987 to reward those who contributed to the success of franchising within the national and global distribution systems.
Mr. Deschamps is an attorney at the Paris Appeal Court since 1980. He has demonstrated since the very beginning of his career a great interest for the legal structure of commercial distribution systems, more particularly for that of franchising.
Mr. Deschamps represents exclusively franchisors and his first objective is always to put into place a certain politic aimed at preventing disputes within franchise networks. He is a member of the School of Experts of the French Federation of Franchise and of the International Franchise Lawyers Association.
He his the founding partner of the firm D,M&D along with Mr. Olivier Meyer. D,M&D was created in 1990 with the objective of developing a corporative client base. D,M&D acts essentially in the fields of Distribution Law and Social Law.
