Last November 5 and 7, in Madrid and Barcelona respectively,  Tellaeche & Arrangoiz and AGM Abogados organized seminars on investment opportunities in Mexico.

The Mexican market offers interesting opportunities. The seminars focused more particularly on those relative to the construction and real estate sectors. As we all know, the Spanish real estate market is currently going through an important recession which seems will still last for long. 

Experience confirms that some Spanish companies have already successfully taken advantage of existing opportunities. 
Among the speakers we can mention the presence of Mr Ubaldo Fernández, Director of the Real Estate and Urban Planning Department of AGM Abogados and of Mr. Gonzalo Arrangoiz of the Mexican Law firm Tellaeche & Arrangoiz. Also participated the prestigious Mexican architects DeYturbe, as well as a representative of the company Solis Real Estate Solutions, Mr. Ernesto Sainz Carrillo.

These seminars were organized in collaboration with Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the Mexican Embassy in Madrid and the Mexican Consulate in Barcelona.
