 | | A delegation of AGM Abogados travelled to Beijing to assist to the II Spain-China Business Summit which was presided by the King of Spain. AGM joined an important Spanish delegation counting more than 200 companies, one of the largest seen in recent years. The Summit which officially started on June 26 brought together representatives of different business organization, companies and financial institutions, that share a local presence and/or interest in the region.
A group of Chinese entrepreneurs from Central China also came to meet with the Spanish delegation. In fact, Central China presents several collaboration opportunities in the technological and industrial sectors. AGM Abogados which has a representation office in Shaanxi Province, strongly supported the initiative aiming at promoting Spanish investment in that region.
AGM in that sense was the first Spanish legal and financial consulting firm to open a representation office in the city of Xi'an. Moreover, AGM has been organizing several seminars to present Central China as an interesting alternative for investment and all this, without forgetting all the business trips that have been made with clients that were interested to give a closer look at the opportunities existing in that region.
The first edition of the Summit had taken place in Madrid in Novembre 2005 for the occasion of the visit of the Chinese President Hu Jintao. |
